Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
\n
• Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.
\n
• Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
\n
• Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.
\n
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
\n
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
\n
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
\n
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
\n
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.
