IILM University, Gurugram, invites applications from a dynamic and accomplished academic leader for the position of Dean – MBA programme.

The Dean- MBA Programme will provide strategic, academic and administrative leadership, driving excellence in teaching, research, faculty development, student success, accreditation, ranking and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Lead curriculum development, academic planning, and quality enhancement.
\n
• Promote innovative teaching and experiential learning.
\n

Faculty & Research

\n
• Drive high-quality faculty recruitment, ensure continuous student mentoring, and ensure faculty perform at the highest standards in teaching, mentoring, research and institution building.
\n
• Promote high-quality research (publications, funded projects), and secure high-quality academic collaborations to drive impactful research.
\n

Industry & Institutional Development

\n
• Prepare students for high-quality internships and placements.
\n
• Oversee academic administration and work with Program Deans, Associate Deans/Custer Heads to ensure operational excellence.
\n

Compliance & Quality

\n
• Ensure compliance with UGC, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AACSB and other regulatory requirements.
\n
• Lead the School level accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with Dean Accreditation and Ranking.
\n
• Conduct regular module reviews, secure course completion reports, faculty feedback, area advisory board meetings.
\n

Ideal Candidate Profile

\n
• Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university, as per UGC norms.
\n
• Minimum 15 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience, including at least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role.
\n
• Strong commitment to student success, faculty excellence, innovation, research, and institutional development.
\n
