Job Title : Instructional Designer

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand
\n
• program scope.
\n
• Work with the team and SMEs to develop end-user learning materials. Materials will include
\n
• storyboards and course videos, eLearning presentations, hands-on projects, trainer instruction
\n
• document, audio scripts
\n
• Collaborating with leads and team members to suggest innovative ideas to enhance processes.
\n

Essential and Critical Skills:

\n
• 2+ years of experience/ knowledge in any of the technologies(#Java, #cprogramming , #AWS/ #C++, #Python, #Azure, #RDBMS
\n
• Experience with developing Web-based Training modules
\n
• Experience with developing Instructor-Led Training materials
\n
• Effective oral and written communication skills
\n
• Must be well versed with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
\n
• Experience in developing primarily non-technical training courses (Technical knowledge is an
\n
• advantage)
\n
• Experience in developing storyboards, audio-scripts, projects, and other study materials.
\n
• Experience in working with different teams, cultures, and industries.
\n
• Ability to innovate ideas and participate in trainings programs
\n
• Good understanding learner-centric, performance-based instructional theories and adult
\n
• learning principles and their implementation thereof
\n
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous
\n
• environment.
\n
• Ability to perform reviews of training materials.
