About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (Life Sciences) to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage the sales lifecycle. Candidate should possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical outsourcing services, particularly Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Clinical Research, Medical Information, Quality Assurance, and Drug Safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, solution discussions, proposal management, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • \n
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize prospective customer segments and business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • \n
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop customized solutions and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • \n
  • Execute customer outreach initiatives through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • \n
  • Design and implement account growth strategies to drive sustainable and profitable business.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong proposal writing and proposal management experience.
  • \n
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
