Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director
Location: Ghod Dod Road, Surat
Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, reliable, well-organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director in day-to-day professional and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, communication abilities, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.

Maintain and manage the MD's schedule, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.

Handle regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.

Ensure that assigned tasks are followed up and completed within the required timelines.

Coordinate between the MD and internal/external teams.

Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, reports, records, and correspondence.

Handle emails, calls, meeting coordination, and other official communication.

Assist with MS Word, Excel, presentations, and other office-related documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of company and management-related information.

Coordinate office administration and support activities whenever required.

Be flexible to assist the MD with occasional personal or ad-hoc tasks related to work and daily requirements.

Take ownership of responsibilities and ensure timely completion without constant supervision.
Required Skills
