About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with strong agency experience who understands brands, consumers, social media trends, and campaign strategy.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on social media campaigns for multiple brands, from research and ideation to strategy and execution. You should be someone who can look beyond simply creating a content calendar and develop strong campaign ideas and strategic concepts that deliver meaningful brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies for multiple brands across different industries.
\n
• Understand brand positioning, target audience, objectives, and communication tone.
\n
• Conduct brand, competitor, audience, and category research to identify insights and opportunities.
\n
• Develop creative campaign ideas, concepts, themes, and social media properties.
\n
• Lead campaign ideation from initial insight through to execution.
\n
• Create monthly/quarterly social media strategies and content directions.
\n
• Develop content pillars, communication frameworks, campaign narratives, and platform strategies.
\n
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, video teams, account managers, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.
\n
• Identify relevant social media trends and translate them into brand-relevant ideas.
\n
• Present strategies and campaign concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
\n
• Use social media performance and audience insights to refine strategies.
\n
• Stay updated on platform changes, emerging formats, cultural trends, and competitor activity.
\n
• Manage multiple brand accounts and projects simultaneously.
\n

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in a digital/advertising/creative agency.
\n
• Have experience managing or strategising for multiple brands.
\n
• Have hands-on experience developing social media campaigns from ideation to execution.
\n
• Be strong at creative ideation and campaign thinking.
\n
• Understand how to turn research and consumer insights into strategic ideas.
\n
• Have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
\n
• Understand content strategy, social media trends, audience behaviour, and brand communication.
\n
• Be confident presenting ideas and strategies to clients.
\n
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple deadlines.
