TCS Walk in Drive Role: ServiceNow ITOM Exp Range: 4+Years Date of Drive: 22nd-Aug-26 Location: Delhi Walk in Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Yamuna Tower 1st Floor, VI, Plot No.22, Noida-Greater Noida Expy, Sector 135, Noida -201301 JD: Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
