JD:

At least 2 years Experience in REST API Automation Testing using Rest Assured tool

• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the

• development process from requirements definition through to delivery

• Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams

• Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases

• Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation

• Mentor team members on automation.

• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing

• innovative solutions to solve them

• Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results

Skills Required:

• analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

• Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives

• execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

• Provide support and documentation

• Extensive knowledge in testing API, Mobile, and Responsive web applications(Web Services)

• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools such as Scrum and JIRA

• Experience querying database to test data-centric features

• Mobile testing framework design and knowledge, Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android, Web).

• Experience in Native App and Hybrid app – Mobile automatoin testing.

• Experience with the Selenium- Web driver, Appium and other UI testing frameworks.

• Experience with Microservices is a must.

• Experience in TestNG , Maven frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in reporting frameworks such as extends reports ,

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role.

• Understanding of the modern web application including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services and relevant areas.

• Familiar with Git, Jenkins CI frameworks, ability to dive in and build test front end, back end test frameworks

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience with Java script & Java script based mobile testing such as Protractor and Frameworks such as Jasmine & mocha.

• Experience with Calabash and Cloud integrations.
