- Accountable for delivery process and managing resources that affect the outcome.
- Participate in joint planning and reviews for the account with Client, Site Manager, Delivery Manager and Relationship Manager.
- Serve as the onsite focal point for customization of processes used in the Account.
- Co-ordinate resources and manage tradeoffs among competing priorities.
- Responsible for resource utilization in the account.
- Coordinate staff planning for projects and account.
- Provide delivery oversight to all projects within the account and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Roll-up Project Status for Senior Management oversight.
- Escalate any urgent / unresolved issues to Relationship Manager/SL and IP leaders.
- Oversee preventive and corrective actions for any non-conformance.
- Responsible for resource moral, planning mitigating actions and control attrition
- Requires proactive skills in the needs of the client and business
- Overall in-charge of the Project to meet all the requirements of the Project/Contract.
- Track all aspects of the engagement – scope, schedule, effort, staff, SCM, risks, issues etc. Identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan. Re-plan the project accordingly.
- Provide project leadership, vision, and clear direction.
- Monitor and evaluate resource performance to established goals and balance the project team focus on strategic and tactical business objectives.
