Modern Trade Manager 		LOCATION
Gurgaon
CTC- 15-20% Hike on current ctc EXPERIENCE- 4-6 years
POSITION PURPOSE
Primary purpose of the position

Building MT & Other institutions in the assigned territory.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
  • Business Execution and sales development of all key accounts
  • National Key Accounts
  • Regional Kay Accounts
  • Local/Stand Alone Meden Trade Accounts
  • E-commerce
  • Monthly budgeting and Targeting of his respective Accounts.
  • Developing Business Plan with key accounts.
  • Mentoring and executing sales target
  • MT Monthly/Weekly review
  • Maintain Sales Data and Reports.
  • Settling Claims and Monitoring Collections.
  • Handling & developing sales Promotors team.
  • Marinating Fill Rates of the respective accounts.
  • Monitoring BTL Activities

  • Institutional/HORECA Business understanding
  • Ecommerce business understanding
