PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty

Key responsibilities:
1. Daily Billing in SAP & Maintain daily inbound /outbound reports.
2. Daily Distribution Planning, FG stock Movement, Transportation Management.
3. Reports generation on daily basis such as Dispatch Report, Inventory Report etc.
4. Maintain high degree of stock accuracies and their integrity with the company ERP systems.
5. Coordination with Transporters, Dispatch team.
6. Daily stock level & Near expiry stock monitoring and follow-up for timely liquidation.
7. Accurate accounting and book entry for sale return, breakage, shortage & damages.
8. Maintaining proper record of inventory & dispatch of FG items.
9. Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing Team related to Logistics support.
10. Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of logistics operation of finished goods.

EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
  • Any Graduate
  • 2-4 years of experience in Warehouse operations
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS
  • SAP & MS Excel proficiency
  • Must be open for late work hours for close day to day operations.
