1) Person should be very good in communication and should have ability to build the team (with Web application testing knowledge and can go to the DB and run queries, analyze etc)
2) Selenium experience is a must because he/she will at ground
3) Agile experience is a big plus, however, if the person really good in point 1 and 2 can be considered.
4) Experience range is 7-9 years
