Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application development and modernization projects.
- Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, design, development, and deployment.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, provide technology consulting, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project plans, risks, timelines, budgets, and delivery governance.
- Drive Agile practices, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, and Support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to define technology roadmaps.
- Promote the adoption of AI/GenAI solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and customer experience.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs
- Experience with ReactJS/Angular and Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with AI/GenAI technologies, Azure OpenAI, AI Copilots, Chatbots, or AI-powered business solutions
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Proven experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and delivery governance
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Azure, PMP, Scrum Master, or TOGAF Certifications
- Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences domains
- Exposure to Digital Transformation and Cloud Modernization programs
