Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and logging.
• Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support development and production workloads.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability.
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across teams.
• Lead automation initiatives for build, test, deployment, and configuration management.
• Evaluate and integrate tools for source control, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to team growth and capability building.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in an architect-level role.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or relevant DevOps technologies.
• Experience with service mesh architectures (Istio).
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning and high availability for Kubernetes workloads
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible ).
• Proven experience deploying and managing microservices on Kubernetes, including Helm-based packaging and rollout.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker), networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
