Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director – People Operations to lead and oversee the organization's HR and people management functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with strong expertise in people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute people strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR operations, policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.
Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders on people-related initiatives.
Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
Lead and mentor the HR team and establish effective HR processes.
Use HR analytics and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage employee relations and address complex workplace issues effectively.
Drive organizational development, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations and People Management.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS and HR analytics.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to manage sensitive employee and organizational matters with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience working with senior leadership and managing large HR teams.
Exposure to organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
