Team Lead Copywriter

About the Role

SRV Media is looking for a Team Lead – Copywriter who can combine creativity, strategy, and leadership to deliver compelling brand communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of writers, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure all content aligns with client objectives, brand voice, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative Strategy

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social, performance marketing, branding, and PR.

Develop engaging copy for social media, websites, landing pages, ad campaigns, videos, email marketing, and brand communication.

Create campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all client touchpoints.

Collaborate with designers, social media managers, performance marketers, and account managers to create integrated campaigns.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of copywriters and content creators.

Review, edit, and approve content to maintain high creative and quality standards.

Allocate projects, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery across multiple client accounts.

Conduct brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative thinking within the team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Participate in client meetings, creative discussions, and campaign presentations.

Translate client briefs into compelling creative solutions.

Present campaign concepts and content strategies confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Performance & Quality Management

Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and performance goals.

Stay updated with industry trends, digital culture, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.

Drive continuous improvement in content quality, creativity, and effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative communication.

Minimum 2 years of team management or leadership experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, ad copy, social media content, website content, and brand communication.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.

Ability to think strategically while executing creatively.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is highly preferred.
