Fashion Designer -- Bespoke Consultations & Brand

Fashion Design

\n
• Sketch and render garment designs — hand or digital — for bespoke client presentations
\n
• Develop design options around fabric, silhouette, detailing and finish
\n
• Create technical flats and spec sheets for production
\n
• Assist with seasonal direction, colour and fabric storytelling
\n
• Produce brand collateral where needed — lookbooks, social creatives, in-store material
\n

Client Consultations (Appointment-Led)

\n
• Convert enquiries into booked appointments and manage the consultation calendar
\n
• Handle the consultation end-to-end: brief, fabric selection, design direction, measurements
\n
• Manage fittings and follow-ups through to delivery
\n
• Build long-term relationships with repeat bespoke clients
\n

CRM & Digital

\n
• Own the customer database — capture, segment and keep it clean
\n
• Run WhatsApp and email campaigns for launches, offers and re-engagement
\n
• Track every enquiry from first touch to closed order, and report on what's converting
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• 2–5 years in fashion design, bespoke tailoring, or a fashion retail brand role
\n
• Ability to sketch and render garments — portfolio required
\n
• Fashion design qualification or equivalent demonstrable skill
\n
• Comfortable in face-to-face client consultations — English plus Kannada or Hindi
\n
• Organised with data; able to run a spreadsheet without being asked twice
\n
• Genuine interest in fabric, construction and tailoring
\n

Bonus points for

\n
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager or WhatsApp Business
\n
• CLO3D, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
\n
• Photography or basic video editing for social content
\n
