• Rich Experience in software/solution architecture, with at least 2–3 years focused on desining and implementing Gen/Agentic AI/ML systems at scale.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of LLM internals — prompt engineering, fine-tuning, context windows, function calling, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency with major hyperscaler AI platforms: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry), Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini).
• Solid grounding in open-source AI/ML tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain, Langflow, LangGraph, LangFuse, vector databases such as Qdrant,TurboVec, pgvector).
• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration, agent memory, tool use, and planning strategies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality architecture diagrams, design documents, and executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into architectural decisions.
• Expertise in MCP communication. Experience with other agentic communication protocols (A2A, ACP) and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Background in responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise AI risk management.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published thought leadership (blogs, papers, conference talks).
• Experience in telecommunications, enterprise software, or regulated industries.
