Agentforce Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Design and develop AI-powered agents and automated business workflows.
• Configure and customize Agentforce topics, actions, instructions, and agent behavior.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce applications and external systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other Salesforce integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Lead technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, business users, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development/technical implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits.
• Experience with AI/automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical teams or Salesforce development projects.
