Agentforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and solution strategy for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Design AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation using Agentforce.
• Define Agentforce topics, actions, instructions, and interaction patterns.
• Architect integrations between Agentforce, Salesforce, and external applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, security controls, and governance.
• Evaluate technical approaches and recommend appropriate Salesforce and AI technologies.
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and solution validation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Guide development teams and conduct architecture/code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues.
• Support testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-go-live activities.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI innovations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture/development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and APIs.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and API architecture.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, sharing, and governance.
• Experience with AI/GenAI solutions and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of scalable and secure cloud architectures.
• Excellent solution design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
