Job Description:

Any Graduate/Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum 4 Years of Experience in windows patch Management.
Handson experience on IBM BigFix tool.
Assess software patches and create recommended patch list with logical explanation in terms of compliance.
Develop and optimize pre- and post- patching process to ensure proper implementation without any outages.
Coordinate patch schedule with other teams such as patch team, infrastructure management, security operations, governance & risk. Communicate project and operational metrics.
Assist in developing action plans, schedules, status and metrics reports as well as other management communications intended to improve and enterprise patch management program.
Must be able to create deployment patch package using patching software.
Thorough testing of patches in a non-Production environment. Must be able to think ahead to avoid business outages based on the lab results.
Develop and implement patching process including package creation, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot agent communication issues between endpoints and the EDR console.
Coordinate with team to ensure troubleshooting all issues on virus infections / prevention , Upgrade EDR on endpoint.
Help troubleshoot all issues related to signature downloading or updating.
Handson experience on MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Prepare and provide daily, weekly, and monthly report with regards to EDR and Patching.
Audit points to be reviewed and provide justification
