We're hiring: Psychologist (Malayalam & English) (Full-Time, On-Site – Kochi)

What You'll Do

\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and English
\n
• Perform intake and psychological assessments
\n
• Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans
\n
• Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentation
\n
• Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staff
\n
• Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational content
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology (mandatory)
\n
• 2 to 5 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessments
\n
• Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
\n
• Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approach
\n
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team based environment
\n
• Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when required
\n
• Only candidates with final degree certificates are eligible to apply
