About the role

We're looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be collaborating with designers and content creators to build engaging campaigns, grow communities, and tell impactful brand stories.

What you'll do

• Develop & execute social media strategies that align with business goals.
\n
• Plan monthly content calendars in collaboration with design & content teams.
\n
• Manage daily posting, scheduling & monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
\n
• Conduct competitive analysis & prepare performance reports to refine strategies.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
\n
• Handle community management (DMs, comments, influencer coordination).
\n
• Track results with analytics tools & report on ROI.
\n
• Execute social media campaigns (product launches, promotions, collaborations).
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Atleast 1 year of professional experience with social media.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
\n
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and analytics dashboards (preferred).
\n
• Bonus: Experience with beauty, skincare, or luxury brands.
\n
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
