Technical Lead Engineer- Security Delivery (Sentinal Implementation)

Detailed Roles and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

\n
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Security solutions for SMB customers.
\n
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during security deployments.
\n
• Own end-to-end security project delivery including planning, execution, and governance.
\n
• Provide hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Purview, and Entra ID.
\n
• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
\n
• Develop security architecture and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
\n
• Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
\n
• Conduct security assessments and gaps to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies and recommend Azure Security solutions.
\n
• Develop and implement incident response procedures and participate in security incident response activities.
\n
• Keep up to date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate security issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
\n
• Customer Demo on solutions implemented. Implement campaigns for phased migrations.
\n

Skills required to contribute:

\n
• A minimum +7 years of experience in the field of Azure Security solutioning & leading the implantation end to end.
\n
• Microsoft Security product family relevant certifications
\n
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite and Microsoft Sentinel
\n
• Exposure to workplace automation, analytics, end user experience monitoring and management.
\n
• Self-starter, motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
\n
• Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production.
\n
• Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.
\n
• Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to change.
\n
• Good Knowledge in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection and Governance, Threat Protection
\n

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

\n
• Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
\n
• Certification in Microsoft Azure / Security Solutions, Cloud Technologies is desired.
\n
• Microsoft Certification(s):
\n
• Mandatory: MS-500 & AZ-500 and any one of the below
\n
• Optional: SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400
