\nResponsibilities:
\nInternal Communications:
\n- \n
- Develop and write internal communication for organization-wide HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee engagement campaigns, policy communication, and change management initiatives. \n
- Create compelling copy for emails, newsletters, announcements, posters, and other employee communication material. \n
- Develop communication calendars and ensure timely execution of planned campaigns. \n
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and communication standards across all employee touchpoints. Provide creative direction on visual communication to ensure messaging effectiveness. \n
- Capture and communicate success stories, employee achievements, and business accomplishments. \n
- Work with design teams or external agencies to conceptualize posters, infographics, digital creatives, videos, and campaign collateral. \n
Leadership Communications:
\n- \n
- Draft speeches, talking points, scripts for the MD & CEO and CHRO, and HR senior leadership team. \n
- Support leadership events, town halls, employee forums, and recognition events \n
Culture & Employer Branding
\n- \n
- Create content for Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, ESG reports, Culture Reports, and other external publications showcasing people practices. \n
Rewards & Recognition
\n- \n
- Timely and accurate distribution of rewards with minimal operational issues. \n
- Support the execution of the organization's Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience. \n
- Coordinate the distribution and communication of rewards and recognition collateral across the organization. \n
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and distribution of rewards \n
- Track budgets, reward inventory, and vendor timelines to ensure operational excellence \n
- Regular reporting on nominations, participation, reward utilization, budgets, and program effectiveness \n
- Monitor participation, nominations, and utilization metrics, and prepare periodic dashboards and insights for leadership. \n
- Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance of all recognition programs. \n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders on Rewards & Recognition-related queries. \n
- Support the design and launch of new recognition initiatives aligned with organizational culture and business priorities. \n
- Own the communication strategy and execution for Rewards & Recognition programs. \n
Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to understand communication needs. \n
Preferred Candidate Profile:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, HR, or related discipline. \n
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Content Writing, Employer Branding, or HR Communications. \n
- Exceptional written and verbal English with outstanding editing and proofreading skills. \n
- Strong storytelling and copywriting capability. \n
- Ability to simplify complex business and HR concepts into engaging employee communication. \n
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is desirable. \n
- Basic understanding of visual design principles and campaign development. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination and vendor management skills. \n
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret participation and engagement data \n
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence. \n
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. \n
