Job Requirements*
• Minimum of 5 years of technical expertise in application packaging and deployment technologies - complete end to end packaging activities include source validation until deployment and production support, with sound technical communication.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and investigating root cause of application issues
• Experienced at engaging with customer to obtain packaging requirements, creating technical documents with solutions to meet requirements and scale to corporate environment. Knowledgeable in Jira and Confluence
• Engage with Application Owner/Developer/Vendor teams as needed with escalations/ technical configuration as appropriate
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 deployment
• Data Processing knowledge good to have
Key Responsibilities*
• Responsible for application packaging, user acceptance testing and deployment of packages for Windows 11 physical and W365
• Software distribution via Intune
• Packaging Technologies – MSI, MST, PSADT, MSIX and working with modern desktop management
• Tools – PowerShell, PSADT, Package Support Framework (PSF), ProcMon, Adminstudio
• Ensure prerequisites or dependencies as well as packaging/deployment standards are accounted for in the solution delivered.
• Perform internal testing/quality assurance to ensure package complies with prescribed standards.
• Work within an Agile environment and team, handling multiple requests and deliver within agreed business priorities and SLA, ability to escalate blockers and issues on time for a timely resolution
Education Requirements Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
Certifications Microsoft Azure Certified Developer
