Senior Product Manager
About the Role:
Glance AI is building AI-native consumer experiences for millions of users. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong consumer-product judgment, a high bar for user experience, and the ability to take ownership of large, ambiguous product problems.
You will own significant parts of the consumer experience end to end. That means identifying the right problems, defining the product and experience direction, aligning teams, driving execution, and owning the resulting user outcomes. We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between the big picture and the smallest interaction detail.
What You'll Own:
- Own significant consumer journeys or product areas end to end.
- Turn ambiguous user and business problems into a clear product and experience direction.
- Define what should be built, why it matters, and how it should feel for the user.
- Partner deeply with design to create simple, intuitive, and differentiated AI-native interactions.
- Maintain a high bar for the complete user experience, not just feature functionality.
- Drive outcomes across activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
- Make decisions where user behavior, technology, or the solution itself is still evolving.
- Work with engineering teams to understand possibilities, limitations, failure modes, and trade offs.
- Prioritize across competing opportunities and make difficult scope decisions.
- Align stakeholders across design, engineering, AI, data, research, and business.
- Surface risks early, unblock teams, and keep execution moving.
- Use user insight, data, experimentation, and judgment to continuously improve the product.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of product management experience, with strong consumer-product experience.
- A track record of independently owning meaningful products, journeys, or problem spaces.
- Strong product taste and a deep appreciation for UI, UX, and interaction design.
- Ability to distinguish between adding functionality and creating a genuinely better user experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and engagement.
- Ability to create clarity and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong prioritization and judgment, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align teams without relying on authority.
- Ability to move between product strategy and detailed execution.
- High ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just delivery.
- A hands-on relationship with generative AI.
You may have shipped GenAI products professionally or developed deep understanding through actively building and experimenting with AI yourself. What matters is that you understand both the possibilities and limitations of the technology and can use that understanding to create consumer experiences that are useful, intuitive, and differentiated.
How We Work:
We move fast, but we care deeply about the quality of the experience we put in front of users. We test, learn, and iterate without becoming attached to a particular design, feature, or roadmap. The best idea wins, and evidence matters more than hierarchy. For a Senior PM, ownership means more than running a roadmap. It means creating clarity where there is ambiguity, bringing teams together, making hard calls, and taking responsibility for the user outcome.
