Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Tools: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
Voice/Video: Knowledge of telephony systems (VoIP, SIP) and Genesys CX is sometimes required.
Should be well versed with Github & Python/Ansible any other programming language

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer).
Experience with InfoBlox DNS/DHCP management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCNA and/or CCNP Certification.
  • Experience working in enterprise-level network security environments.
  • Experience handling customer-facing engagements and technical discussions


Required Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Network Security
    • Firewalls
    • Data Center Networking
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Palo Alto Firewalls
    • Aruba Networking Solutions
    • Cisco ACI
  • Experience performing software and firmware upgrades on network devices.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols:
    • TCP/IP
    • UDP
    • DNS
    • OSPF
    • BGP
    • VLANs
    • VPN Technologies
  • Good understanding of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
  • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure and security concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
