Good knowledge and hands-on experience S4 Hana functional and technical areas to support Batch and Business related issues.
Has good knowledge and hands-on experience on SAP Fiori and troubleshoot any business-related issues.
Have knowledge on basic SAP T-Code's used in support activities.
Exposure to SAP Process chains- Execution and investigation on failures.
Actively participate in client calls and suggest process improvements and suggestions on new requirements.
Experience in Application Support projects.
Good Communication skills - As the resource needs to interact with Client and downstream/upstream application teams.
Able to coordinate with various teams for resolutions i.e. Technical Triage meetings etc.
Able to work on shifts and weekends- Shifts & Weekend shifts are rotational.
