What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective coordination within IT-InfoSec team, AI initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Create program charters, establish roles and timelines, develop communication strategies, and define success metrics for security and AI initiatives
- Create and maintain program-level visibility across risk areas, security milestones, and cross-org dependencies-ensuring outcomes are delivered reliably and at high quality.
- Facilitate collaboration and Communicate status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution with urgency and care.
- Manage security control rollouts and migrations, like endpoint hardening, centralised networking etc, that require careful change management across organizations.
- Maintain structured communication across program stakeholders
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to implement.
- Improve processes that support security program execution
- Assist in defining program milestones and success criteria
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Strong track record coordinating business, IT, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Experience driving program governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and program status reporting.
- Experience with at least one of the domain: GRC, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Product Security, AI governance, ITSM.
- Experience with creating OKR and business aligned dashboards for leadership visibility
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.
- Have experience driving cross-functional projects, building longer-running programs, and interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams and collaborative environments across time zones.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including Project execution experience in cyber security-related initiatives.
- Self-motivated, structured, results-driven; capable of setting priorities and managing time effectively in demanding settings.
- Experience communicating and representing work to leadership, framing discussions to gain valuable feedback, and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Experience applying AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance program management workflows such as meeting summarization, dependency tracking, and automated reporting.
- CISM, PMP, PgMP, CSM, ACSM or SAFe certification is plus
- Have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, build cross-organizational support, cooperation and action around security initiatives, policies and procedures.
