Industry Consultant - Healthcare & Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and domain expertise for Healthcare & Life Sciences projects.
Work with business stakeholders to understand laboratory and scientific data requirements.
Support implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement of laboratory applications.
Work with LIMS and scientific informatics platforms to support laboratory workflows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical/functional solutions.
Support system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and vendors during implementation and support activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and requirement specifications.
Ensure solutions align with industry standards, quality requirements, and business processes.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences domain.
Strong experience with LIMS.
Hands-on experience with Empower CDS.
Experience with IDBS Workbook.
Experience with BIOVIA iLab, BIOVIA ELN, and BIOVIA LES.
Good understanding of laboratory workflows and scientific data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
