Payment Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Payment Operations teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage payment products and processes including:
  • Wire Transfers
  • ACH
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments
  • Cheque Payments
  • Deposit and Lockbox Operations
  • Payment Repairs and Investigations
  • Maintenance and Servicing Requests
  • Sanctions / OFAC Screening
• Ensure compliance with ACH/NACHA and Fedwire requirements.
• Drive risk management, operational controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams while managing performance and organizational change.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Analyze operational data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of activities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support transition and transformation initiatives.
• Manage escalations and ensure effective resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
