Package Consultant - SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, implement, and configure SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
Implement and support SAP Solution Manager solutions based on client requirements.
Understand client business and technical requirements and provide appropriate SAP ALM solutions.
Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
Work on Cloud ALM implementation, configuration, monitoring, and administration.
Support SAP system monitoring and application lifecycle management activities.
Configure dashboards, monitoring, alerts, and reporting.
Integrate SAP ALM solutions with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation and configuration guides.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training for clients and support teams.
Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and client teams.
Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in SAP Solution Manager / SAP ALM.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud ALM design and build.
Good knowledge of SAP Solution Manager architecture and functionalities.
Experience in SAP system monitoring and application lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good understanding of SAP system landscapes and integrations.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
