Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot 4 and Java 17+.
Design and implement real-time event-streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
Consume, transform, enrich, and process streaming data.
Implement change-detection logic and publish events when data changes occur.
Design and optimize data persistence using MySQL.
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Build fault-tolerant, scalable, and highly available streaming applications.
Configure retry mechanisms, dead-letter topics, and idempotent processing.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot application and production issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Guide and mentor offshore team members and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+.
Strong experience with Spring Boot 4 and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Good experience with MySQL and data persistence.
Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application design.
Experience with fault tolerance, retries, dead-letter topics, and idempotency.
Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing.
Good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
