Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications using Python for manufacturing requirements analysis and validation.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services and REST APIs.
• Integrate AI/ML models, rule-based engines, and enterprise data sources.
• Build reusable, testable, and maintainable application components.
• Implement secure and reliable application architectures.
• Optimize application performance and ensure data security.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and digital transformation teams to understand business requirements.
• Develop data processing pipelines and integrate various enterprise data sources.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile development practices and maintain project activities in JIRA.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in software/application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Experience developing AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LLM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Experience with database integration and data processing pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and scalable application architecture.
• Knowledge of authentication, security, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Experience working with JIRA.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
