Application Architect - ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow architecture.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and design standards.
• Guide development teams on technical design, integrations, customizations, and platform capabilities.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications using APIs and integration technologies.
• Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and code for quality and scalability.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and vendors.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
