Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and implementation of enterprise SaaS and digital adoption solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, business processes, and software workflows.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining solutions across enterprise applications.
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot product, workflow, and configuration-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical, product, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze user and business requirements and help translate them into actionable technical or functional solutions.
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve software adoption.
• Assist in investigating issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, solutions, and customer requirements.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously develop product and technical expertise.
• Stay updated on enterprise SaaS technologies, digital adoption practices, and emerging tools.
• Contribute to improving internal processes, customer experience, and overall delivery efficiency.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 0+ years of experience; fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or project experience are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in SaaS, enterprise technology, digital adoption, and business applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to understanding issues.
• Ability to learn new software platforms, technologies, and business processes quickly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software applications, databases, APIs, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise applications will be a plus.
