The Commercial Banking business caters to customers of Bharat, and plays a pivotal role in meeting substantial portion of the priority sector lending obligations of Bank. It offers a range of products for agriculture (Agri) and Tractor Finance, purchase and operations of commercial vehicles and construction equipment, rural housing finance and gold loans. Further, Agri Business Group (ABG), a division within the business, caters specifically to the needs of customers in Agriculture related activities like cultivation, manufacturing, processing and trading segment catering to financials needs of individuals and small & medium enterprises in this segment. Economic environment of urban, semi-urban and rural areas and weather conditions of India influences the business' operations and performance.'

| Job Requirements: |
- 2-3 years' experience in Credit or Credit Monitoring.
- Ability to multi task, develop rapport with different functionaries like Relationship Managers, Operations, Internal Audit and Credit team.
- Ensuring proper TAT & delivery of all the reports through teams.
- Ensure timely query resolutions.
- Ability to identify opportunities of improvement in process and suggest changes to solve issues
- Experience in MSME/Business Banking portfolios preferred.
- Exposure to ECLGS scheme operations and monitoring activities will be an added advantage.
