Teacher - Hospital Management

Your Role

• Deliver engaging sessions on Healthcare Management (HM) & AI , aligned with the academic curriculum.
\n
• Teach key topics such as hospital operations, patient coordination, HR, billing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, digital literacy, AI, and healthcare data analytics .
\n
• Clarify student doubts and help learners connect concepts with real-world healthcare scenarios.
\n
• Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and provide regular feedback on student performance.
\n
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.
\n
• Work closely with the Campus Academics team to ensure smooth academic delivery.
\n
• Implement feedback to continuously improve teaching and student learning outcomes.
\n

Who We’re Looking For-

\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration .
\n
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices .
\n
• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.
\n
• Good communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills .
\n
• Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
