About Arcitech

\n

Arcitech AI is an AI-native technology company building AI-driven SaaS products and digital brands at scale. Design is a big part of how our brands look, feel, and get remembered across social, marketing, product surfaces, and campaigns. This role is a chance to start your career at the centre of that visual output, with real ownership from day one.

\n

About the Role

\n

We are looking for a junior graphic designer with strong fundamentals and a clear eye for brand — someone at the start of their career who can produce high-quality, on-brand visual work at pace and grow fast. This is a graphic-design-first role: social creatives, marketing collateral, brand assets, decks, and campaign visuals — with some light UI / social-template work alongside the core graphic output. It is not a product / UI/UX design role; that sits elsewhere in the team. You should be comfortable in Figma as your primary tool, curious about design-automation and AI design tools, and eager to work with a technology company’s pace and vocabulary. Communication matters: you’ll be presenting work to the Marketing / Design Head and, in the final round, to the CEO. You will report to the Marketing / Design Head. This role is designed to grow — the strongest candidates will take on more scope, brand ownership, and complex work within the first year.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Design brand, marketing, and social creatives — posts, ads, campaign visuals, banners, and collateral.

\n

• Design decks, one-pagers, brochures, and internal / external marketing material.

\n

• Produce on-brand static and simple motion / animated assets as required.

\n

• Keep every deliverable consistent with brand guidelines and fit for the channel it will go on.

\n

\n

Light UI/Social - Template Work

\n

• Design social-media templates and campaign templates that scale across posts.

\n

• Support light UI work — landing-page sections, marketing website visuals, in-product graphics — in coordination with the product / UI team.

\n

• Adapt existing UI components and brand systems to marketing surfaces.

\n

\n

Design Automation

\n

• Figma workflow: learn and use Figma plugins, components, variants, and Auto-Layout to work faster

\n

• AI design tools: get comfortable with AI design tools (e.g. Figma AI, Uizard, generative image tools)

\n

• Templates: help build reusable templates and produce variants for campaigns rather than one-offs

\n

• Keep growing: actively pick up new design-automation tools and workflows as they emerge

\n

\n

Brand Communication

\n

• Follow brand guidelines carefully; ask when unsure.

\n

• Present your work clearly — to the Marketing / Design Head and, in the final round, to the CEO.

\n

• Take feedback well; iterate quickly.

\n

• Get familiar with how a technology / IT product company works and how its visual language differs from consumer brands.

\n

Required Skills And Experience

\n

• Experience: 0–2 years — internships, freelance, and college project work all count; a first-job candidate is welcome

\n

• Design fundamentals (must-have): clear grasp of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual craft

\n

• Figma (must-have): hands-on with Figma — components, Auto-Layout basics

\n

• Curiosity about AI / automation: you don’t need mastery, but you should be actively using or exploring AI design tools and Figma plugins

\n

• Adobe / design suite: working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva is fine too)

\n

• Portfolio (mandatory): a portfolio showing design fundamentals and a range of pieces — required to clear the preliminary round

\n

• Communication: clear communicator; able to present work and take feedback

\n

• Brand sense: aware of what “on-brand” means and why consistency matters

\n

Nice to have

\n

• Prior internship or freelance work at a technology / IT / SaaS company.

\n

• Basic motion graphics / simple animation.

\n

• Basic video / editing skills to support the video team.

\n

• Experience with social-first content formats (reels, shorts, carousels).

\n

• Any portfolio pieces showing use of AI design tools.

\n

Ideal Candidate

\n

• Has strong design fundamentals for their level — the basics are sharp.

\n

• Is comfortable in Figma and eager to grow with AI-assisted workflows.

\n

• Has a portfolio that shows real range, even if the pieces are from internships / college / freelance.

\n

• Communicates well and takes feedback constructively.

\n

• Is curious, self-driven, and wants to grow fast in a technology company.
