Srikara Hospitals is looking for a qualified and experienced General Surgeon to join our medical team.

Qualification

\n
• MBBS with MS/DNB – General Surgery
\n
• Valid Medical Council registration
\n

Experience

\n
• 2–5 years of relevant surgical experience preferred
\n
• Candidates with strong operative and patient-management skills will be preferred
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical intervention.
\n
• Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures.
\n
• Conduct pre-operative assessment and post-operative management.
\n
• Attend OP, IP and emergency surgical cases.
\n
• Perform regular patient rounds and monitor recovery.
\n
• Coordinate with Anesthesia, ICU, Nursing, Radiology and other clinical departments.
\n
• Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes and discharge documentation.
\n
• Ensure adherence to OT protocols, infection-control standards and patient-safety guidelines.
\n
• Provide appropriate counselling to patients and attendants regarding surgical procedures and follow-up care.
\n
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings and quality-improvement activities.
\n
