Our client is seeking two highly detail-oriented Data Entry & Records Quality Specialists to support its HR team and senior leadership, including members of executive management. The specialists will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and validating information primarily within Salesforce.
This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills, and professionalism to work effectively with HR and senior executives in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidates must be comfortable handling detailed assignments where data integrity and timely execution are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain records primarily within Salesforce.
- Review all entered information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain a separate verification or control record - potentially in Microsoft Excel - to confirm that each transaction has been completed and checked.
- Help develop or refine a practical quality-control process for validating entered data.
- Reconcile Salesforce entries against source information and verification records.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially incorrect information and seek clarification before finalizing the record.
- Track completed, pending, and exception items and provide status updates when requested.
- Follow procedures and data-entry standards established by the HR team.
- Participate in training and orientation provided by Reactivate.
- Communicate professionally and concisely with HR personnel, senior management, and executive leadership.
- Manage urgent requests and changing priorities without compromising accuracy.
- Handle business and personnel information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
- Previous experience in data entry, records management, data administration, or a similar detail-intensive position.
- Experience entering and maintaining information in Salesforce.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including organizing, tracking, filtering, and reconciling information.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume data entry with an exceptionally high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined self-review habits.
- Ability to create or follow a clear data-verification and quality-control process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional maturity and the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
- Ability to remain composed and responsive when working with demanding stakeholders or under time pressure.
- Ability to work independently after receiving initial training and guidance.
- Availability to work through at least 3:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time each working day.
- Previous experience supporting HR, People Operations, executive, or corporate administration function.
- Experience reconciling information between Salesforce and Excel.
- Familiarity with data-quality controls, audit logs, exception reporting, or dual-entry verification methods.
- Experience in handling confidential employee or organizational information.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
