Servicenow Lead Developer Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Role Summary:

Handle day to day Tasks, Incidents, and Remediation activities related to ServiceNow HAM.
• Ensure SLAs are consistently met for all HAM related tickets.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for asset and inventory issues.
• Monitor and manage the dedicated HAM operations mailbox, responding to asset related queries within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with vendor partners to: Track devices , coordinate device return or correction, Ensure assets are updated accurately in ServiceNow
• Escalate vendor or operational issues to the HAM Manager when required.
• Maintain a complete, accurate, and up to date technology asset inventory in ServiceNow.
• Handle ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) field updates and correct records when errors occur.
• Perform detailed analysis of asset data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Execute full remediation activities for asset data discrepancies and failures.
• Ensure asset lifecycle stages are correctly maintained (procurement to retirement).
• Perform minor development and enhancement activities related to HAM.
• Work on user stories, defect fixes, and configuration changes.
• Support configuration changes without impacting production stability.
• Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure asset normalization and data consistency standards are followed.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to HAM data.
• Document solutions and create/update knowledge articles as required.
