Good hands-on experience on Unix/Shell Scripting.Work closely with IT| operations| and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Good Communication| Presentation and Client Facing Skills.Good-to-HaveStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and JDA Blue Yonder technology.Configure and Support JDA Blue Yonder solutions including modules such as Demand Planning| Supply Planning| Inventory Optimization and SCPO technology.Provide ongoing support for JDA Blue Yonder application| troubleshoot issues| optimize performance| and implement enhancements as needed.Good hands-on experience on Supply Chain ProcessesExperience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Checking for the jobs are successfully started/completed.2 Improve Applications Performance.3 Checking daily logs| system status of JDA application.4 Running the batch jobs. 5 Troubleshooting of failed jobs.6 Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution. 7 Restarting the JDA application as per the user request.8 Onsite Offshore team coordination
