Job Description:Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM, CMDB, and SACM.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB 360 (multisource).
- Experience configuring and managing Service Graph Connectors.
- Strong understanding of CMDB CI class models, CI relationships, and CSDM.
- Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAMPRO) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Proficient in Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data normalization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript / Glide API.
- Experience leading a team of 2–4 developers and providing technical mentorship.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation using Confluence.
