SRE Engineer+AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and improve VMware-based private cloud infrastructure across multiple datacentre environments.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve infrastructure consistency and operational reliability.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server platforms supporting critical business and customer-facing workloads.
• Support and manage core infrastructure integrations, including:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • Authentication services
  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Load balancing
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Drive improvements in platform resilience, performance, security, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure modernization and implement engineering best practices.
• Ensure infrastructure services remain stable, scalable, secure, and reliable across datacentre environments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware-based private cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing infrastructure across multiple datacentre environments.
• Strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Linux and Windows Server.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, authentication, networking, storage, and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, compliance, performance, and resilience.
• Ability to identify and implement infrastructure modernization and operational improvements.
