The Integration & Separation Advisory Team KPMG's Ops In M&A Integration & Separation Advisory Team is a growing and dynamic team. We work with both vendors and acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, exits and joint ventures, both pre and post-deal. The team offers four key proposition areas:

Experience Required: Essential - Previous experience of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement project management roles and responsibilities. - Exposure to client environments and working with stakeholders at various levels - Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrable personal impact, flexibility, drive and commitment. - Working in a team environment - A keen interest in mergers and acquisitions
Desirable - Previous experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement, Transaction Services, Management Consulting, or Audit - Previous experience of managing other team members

Expertise / Technical Role Requirements - Highly competent user of MS suite (excel, powerpoint etc) - Business acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design

Role Requirements - Leadership & Management:
- To act as a role model for Ops in M&A Integration and Separation (I&S) team values (in line with the values of the firm) and demonstrates behaviours in line with the I&S Charter
- To regularly seek feedback from peers, juniors and senior members of the team, and act on this feedback

- To proactively offer support to other team members when they have capacity
- To proactively identify their own development needs, in consultation with their Performance Manager, and proactively manages engagement work to ensure they can attend relevant training
