Job Description
Guest Meet & Greet: Welcome hotel guests at the airport, assist with luggage, and provide a warm first impression of the hotel.
Airport Transfers: Coordinate guest airport transfers, ensure timely vehicle arrangements, and communicate with drivers and the hotel transport team.
Guest Assistance: Support guests with directions, travel information, check-in details, and other immediate requirements at the airport.
Coordination & Communication: Maintain regular communication with the hotel front office, reservations, concierge, and transport teams regarding guest arrivals and departures.
Service & Reporting: Maintain professional grooming and conduct, handle guest concerns courteously, and prepare daily reports on arrivals, departures, transfers, and any incidents.
