Summary: Course /Academic/ Career Counselor Role: Counselor Eligibility: 1 - 8 years experience 6 days / week working Willing to to work on weekends (with comp off on weekdays) Should have Good communication skills Good looking and should have Management qualities Should play Multiple roles at times, Decision making, Self-driven, Self-motivated and Dedicated. Very good communication skills & English speaking skills BSC/BA/BCom/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA Experience in customer care is an added advantage Knowledge of IT related technologies is an added advantage Ability to work under pressure Should be target oriented and customer friendly and service oriented Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job Job Description: Respond to course enquiries via phone and email Giving career guidance to students Good convincing skills Maintain good rapport with students. Direct respective course enquiries to technical consultants Manage direct/walk-in enquiries Assist in student admission and maintaining records Require to work on Saturdays Assistance in scheduling and managing batches Assist in smooth running of courses/batches Manage attendance, classroom setup etc Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
