Java Developer
Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture (pub/sub, streaming, eventual consistency, backpressure).
Strong observability knowledge (metrics, logs, traces, SLO/SLI/SLA, Golden Signals). Ability to design scalable monitoring architectures and high-performance event processing pipelines. Advanced alerting design (correlation, deduplication, noise reduction, actionable alerts).
Strong programming skills (functional programming, concurrency, asynchronous processing).
Experience with high-throughput system tuning (performance optimization, bottleneck analysis, JVM tuning). Ability to design HA systems and failover strategies.
Strong incident management skills (troubleshooting, root cause analysis, postmortems). Experience with data pipelines and system integrations. Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit requirements (traceability, access control). Strong system thinking and ability to make architectural trade-offs (latency vs cost, flexibility vs control).

Java/Kotlin, REST / gRPC APIs
Kafka or similar messaging systems
